Order Process
At Fabric Retailer, we have taken the time to simplify the process of accessing exclusive designer textiles. Please follow the five steps below to secure your fabric. If you need assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us via email: admin@fabricretailerbysm.com
STEP ONE: CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC
Browse your preferred fabric wholesaler (e.g., Warwick Fabrics) and identify the exact fabric you'd like to purchase. Be sure to note the fabric name, color, and required meterage to ensure a smooth process.
STEP TWO: SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY
Reach out to us via email or our website order form. Include the details of the fabric you wish to order.
STEP THREE: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER FORM
Complete the form via website or we’ll send you a short order form to fill out. You’ll need to provide:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Delivery Address
Fabric Wholesaler Name (Brand)
Fabric Name and Colour
Required Meterage
STEP FOUR: REVIEW & CONFIRM
Once we receive your completed form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the order details and invoice. Please review carefully. You’re fabric will not be dispatched until payment has been made.
(We can not change the postal address once payment has been made).
STEP FIVE: RECEIVE YOUR FABRIC
Once payment is processed, your selected fabric will be dispatched from the wholesaler directly to your specified postal address. It’s that simple.
Within 14 business days of making payment, if you have not received your textile. Please contact us to immediately to follow up your order. When you contact us please provide, a order number, brand and name.
