I’ve already spent the past four years immersed in the world of designer textiles. What began as a passion quickly turned into a purpose: to open up access to beautiful, high-quality fabrics for everyone — not just those in the trade.

Throughout my experience, I noticed a gap in the market. Many incredible fabrics were locked behind industry-only showrooms or required trade accounts to purchase. I knew that there were people out there — like me — who appreciate design, love creating, and deserve access to the same exclusive materials used by top designers around the world.

That’s why I created Fabric Retailer by Sophie Maire: a place where anyone, from hobbyists to home decorators, can source luxurious, designer fabrics without the traditional barriers.
